Overview
We are looking at the TerraCycle service which collects recyclable products from households and recycles them. The organization has many different categories of recyclable goods such as pet food bags, Taco Bell sauce packets, Gillette razors, etc. Our main goal is to explore and closely evaluate how the process of recycling Taco Bell sauce packets through the Taco Bell Sauce Packet Free Recycling Program offered by TerraCycle takes place. By dissecting the pain points and evaluating areas of improvement, we are aiming to improve the user experience around recycling Taco Bell sauce packets through the TerraCycle service.

To provide a more convenient and accessible user experience, we proposed an app to accompany the teracycle website. The app acts as a hub for recyclers everywhere. Withe the ability to join new recycling programs, track previous recycling shipments, and receive tips and ideas on how to recycle easily and efficiently. Users will also have the ability to collect point from each recycling effort, and exchange them for rewards and coupons.
